Senior Support Worker

Priory Adult Care is currently looking for an enthusiastic Senior Support Workers to join our brand new facility based on the outskirts of Belfast. River House is an 8 Bedded Unit for individuals with a Learning Disability, located on the outskirts of Belfast. This service is run by a Service Manager, supported by a team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers.

The role of Senior Support Worker will be both varied and rewarding. Your duties will include: carrying out medication rounds, planning and attending activities, personal care, supervisions and management of support teams and key holder responsibilities. There will also be involvement around staffing; coaching and mentoring of current staff, inducting and training of new starters and shift planning.
