The Finance Administrator is responsible for maintaining records of all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and processing reimbursements and well as other adhoc tasks.

My client is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their small close-knit team on a temporary to permanent basis. My client is offering a flexible and hybrid role located in York.

**Description**

Key responsibilities of the Finance Administrator will be to;
- Support the Finance Department in the processing of invoices
- Help with Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Process internal and external mail
- Manage Bookkeeping
- Create financial reports
- Other adhoc duties

**Profile**

Successful Finance Administrator should;
- Have experience in a similar role
- Have minimum of 1 year's experience of finance administration and data inputting
- Be able to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Have direct experience of dealing with the public
- Be competent with Excel and MS packages
