**Job description**

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Would you like to be part of a team that run and manage a busy Self Storage facility that is at the heart of the local community? We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor who is a real self-starter that loves interacting with customers, to join our growing team.

Self-Storage is so much more than what you may think it is. We are consistently solving customers' storage needs on a daily basis, whether that is people moving home or downsizing, a growing business needing more space for their stock or tools, or a student on a summer break, each customer has a different story which makes every day a fresh challenge.

When a customer visits a store, their experience starts with you. It is crucial that they are met by someone with an enthusiastic attitude who welcomes them and looks after them from the moment they enter the store. We really take an interest in our customer’s stories and look to make a real impact in the communities we work in.

**What we are looking for**

Someone with a get up and go attitude, who can support the store management team in the day to day running of the store; Somebody who is happy to work as a core part of the team to make every customer interaction a great experience.

Some of the key responsibilities for the role are:

- Ensuring you always provide the highest level of customer service.
- Supporting the store’s performance and working with colleagues to develop a positive working environment for all.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the store

Please note that the post holder will be required to undertake ad-hoc travel to other Cinch sites to support the needs of the business. This job description is not exhaustive. We would expect individuals to be flexible and to adapt.

Self-storage and sales experience is not required but is certainly a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
