British Parts is an independent family run distributor of parts & accessories for Jaguar & Land Rover cars, We have a strong customer base of enthusiasts, Specialists motor factors & Garages, we deliver locally with our own vans and throughout the UK andexport to most countries by couriers.

We have a small very busy financial office processing online payments in a secure environment using barclaycard online terminal, processing orders following fraud rules we receive payments from all around the world which have to be matched with customersorders.

We require a working office manager to supervise our small team set up policies and procedures and maintain existing guidelines, deal with daily human resources items such as holidays sickness etc and the day to day runing of the office

This is a full time permanent position with an immediate start required or as soon as possible, you must possess the following attributes
- Reliable & experienced ( will consider transferable skill set )
- Smart professional appearance
- Strong written & verbal communicator
- Address verified payment transaction experience ( Barclaycard ) Amazon Pay Bacs pay pal
- Motor industry experience preferred
- Computer systems mamsoft autopart excel etc
