**About You**:
We are looking for Senior Business Analysts to work within the Business Design and Analysis Centre of Excellence, leading the partnership with key stakeholders and working to deliver end-to-end business solutions. Senior Business Analysts contribute to thefantastic collaborative BA community, offering support, learning and development, a team of Business Analysts who are broad skilled with the ability to work on complex projects and tasks, can be sympathetic to the problem in hand. Business Analysts here supporta wide variety of initiatives, from pure business process change through to technical and data dependent cloud solutions, and whilst Finance/Banking skills would be ideal, experience of working in regulated environments would also be of interest. Due to thecompany moving towards a product led approach. The role of Senior BA will play a valued and key part in this transformation.

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Leading Business Design and Analysis accountabilities, using appropriate tools and methods to clearly translate business outcomes to design solutions, delivering high quality outputs to drive effectiveness in delivery.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure impacts to the business are understood, assessed and that intelligent controls are integrated into design solutions, to deliver maximum value and mitigate risk for both the organisation andour clients.
- Key partnership with Product to understand the business in detail across processes, security and data to most effectively shape the solutions to meet the strategic outcomes.
- Key partnership with Technology drive cohesion between product initiatives and the technology principles and design outcomes.
- Adhere to governance standards, whilst constantly seeking ways to adopt efficient approaches to improve the capability of Business Architecture and Design.
- Individual accountability for performance and self-driven development in the discipline driving the capability standard on a continuous basis.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand deep-rooted business process and system alignment.
- Proficient stakeholder engagement and influencing -capable of leading stakeholder debates, influencing and challenging constructively, taking the time to understand the business needs and build strong, trusted relationships.
- Ability to navigate challenges and problem solving -driven to make things better and simpler for our clients fostering an attitude of continuous improvement to deliver maximum value to the business and will look at problems differently and really driveto make us better.
- Ability to actively contribute to a collaborative team environment, driving an open and blame free culture to achieve common goals.
- 3+ years' experience in the skill area; with practical knowledge of working across both traditional and agile methodologies and understands the approach to decide which will deliver greatest value aligned to the strategic outcomes.

**What will make you stand out**:

- BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, Agile business analysis qualifications or similar
- IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or similar
- Banking and/or financial industry or similar regulated environment experience
