Robert Lee Distribution Limited is the largest independent distributor of bathroom, kitchen and plumbing products, supplying to retailers in the UK. We're looking for enthusiastic, team-players to join our busy, well-established Warehouse team in Waltham Abbey.

As Warehouse Operative, you’ll be a part of a dynamic, responsive team that is driving real change at ground level. You will have a key role in ensuring our customers’ orders are ready on time and with care. When we have the opportunity, we help each other so we all contribute to creating a positive environment and getting good results.

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

The ideal person:

- have good communication skills
- have good attention to detail
- is self-motivated, reliable, and has a 'can-do attitude
- is able to work under pressure in a time-constrained environment

Key activities and responsibilities:

- ensuring orders are prepared on time and with quality and that our general warehouse operations run smoothly
- warehouse duties, such as picking - packing on the Mezzanine floor (small and light items)
- moving and rearranging stock, either by hand or with heavy lifting equipment
- loading our internal fleet of vehicles and third party carriers
- use the electronic handheld scanners (training provided)
- maintaining good housekeeping throughout the site

Experience and education:

- Warehouse - 1 year (desirable)
- MHE Counterbalance forklift license
- GCSE or equivalent
- English (required)

- Monday - Friday, 12:00 - 21:30 (42.5 hours per week, no weekend working)
