**Account Director**

Branding & Design Agency Experience

London - Hybrid work model

Freelance or Fixed Term Contract 3-6months

£300p/d or £50K (flexible depending on experience)

A niche area for most but a rewarding opportunity Account Directors (or Senior Account Managers) with branding experience looking for a new challenge and opportunity to work with global clients.

There are four key components: Relationships, Commercial, Strategy and Delivery.

**The Role**:
As an Account Director you will own the day to day strategic relationship

with your clients, building and maintaining long lasting profitable

relationships. Leveraging these relationships you will identify new streams

of revenue and maximise profitability. Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of work, you will be directing and motivating the teams around you.

**Delivery**:

- Strategically leading projects demonstrating creativity, intellect and

effectiveness to problem solving.
- As well as delivering innovative and commercially lucrative projects,

you will have direct contact with the client and work with the Client

Partner to develop this relationship.
- Attending internal planning meetings to ensure correct resources are

aligned to project.
- Facilitating the briefing session with the client to own the project

scope.
- Demonstrate ongoing effectiveness of projects, agreeing appropriate

measures with Account Managers at the outset.
- Reviewing creative work with the Design Director and Account

Managers to ensure work is on brief.
- Ensuring the financial and creative success of the project brief is met

and delivered on time and on budget through regular review of the

work, financials and adequate resourcing.
- Actively using the CRM to accurately manage client information.
- Providing effective leadership to the delivery team, promoting

energy, drive and momentum through the lifecycle of the project.

**Commercials**
- Generating initial proposal to include process, costs, team and timings.
- On-going monitoring of budgets versus actual time/costs spent to

ensure projects are completed on budget.
- Agreeing estimates and proposals alongside the Client Partner.
- Accountability for correct forecasting across your clients.
- Good understanding of the financial performance of all projects

related to the client, especially the gross profit margin.
