**Trade Centre Assistant**

**Salary**: up to £30k including bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

Location: Trade Centre, Stoke-on-Trent

**Key responsibilities as a Trade Centre Assistant**:

- Appraise used vehicles accurately and efficiently upload clear descriptions and pictures to the company website.
- Day to day communication with customers providing excellent product knowledge and outstanding customer service skills.
- A certain level of driving will be required to meet the needs of the customer and business.

**Required skills as a Trade Centre Assistant**:

- Good knowledge of working within a trade centre or with used cars.
- IT and computer literate with the ability to work efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
