**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with our high standards of service.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including dining tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Support catering events as needed, showcasing your versatility in hospitality roles.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in catering or serving roles is an advantage.
- Barista experience is beneficial for those interested in beverage service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
