Front of House Team Member Duties:

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Upsell menu items and promote specials
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

**Skills**:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is a plus
