Principal Hygiene Ltd is a family run business based in Tarleton, Lancashire. We provide predominantly washroom and clinical waste disposal services across the UK but also provide other’ business to business’ services together with janitorial supplies.
We are currently looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join us at our Tarleton office. As an integral part of our team you will play a key role in driving sales growth via incoming leads and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
The role of an Inbound Sales Advisor
- Convert enquiries into sales by using a consultative sales approach, understanding customer requirements and offering appropriate solutions.
- Input leads into the CRM system and ensure the data is accurate and up to date until a decision is made by the client.
- Upsell products and services into current customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with current customers to ensure loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by the customer promptly and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales target.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
