**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Sales Advisor -Preston, Lancashire -4 Day Working Week

Are you looking for an exciting new role as a Sales Advisor ?

Due to expansion at our award-winning financial services company, AYOM, based in Preston a vacancy has become available. AYOM is extremely well respected in the debt recovery sector where our vision is to shape the industry by putting our customers first.

We are looking for a hungry target driven, money motivated salesperson to work alongside our excellent and well-established Sales Team. You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline, advising customers on services that best suit their needs, and maximising the potential from each call to generate new business.

During the trial employees will be working 4 days per week but getting paid for 5.

**THE ROLE**:

- To convert new business leads into new customers.
- To be responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls, using your pipeline of new business leads.
- To act on opportunities, using initiative, pace and intelligence.
- To inform potential customers on the company’s services and meet agreed criteria to generate new business.
- To achieve and exceed personal and departmental KPIs/targets to drive profitability.
- To process all sales orders.
- To use, input and maintain the company’s CRM to manage new business leads and turn them into new sales.
- To manage time effectively to ensure maximum impact and new business.
- To build relationships with colleagues and customers.
- To act as an ambassador for the company and promote the services.
- To deal with customers in a professional manner always, aligned with our brand and values.
- To attend all staff meetings and training sessions, as and when required.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner (on the phone and in the office)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- A positive approach to objection handling.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- You must be financially motivated, energetic and reliable with a “will to win”.
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels.
- A focused, self-motivate approach.
- A flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to change.
- IT literacy

**THE PACKAGE**
- £21-£23k depending upon experience. OTE 28k
- Uncapped commission

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
