Sylvagen is a fast growing and innovative company operating in the recycling and renewable fuel sectors across the UK and Europe. We process and trade a range of materials using a variety of logístical solutions to end users including power stations and manufacturing facilities.
**What we are looking for**:
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and ambitious individual to help run and develop our business throughout Europe. Your daily duties will range from detailed export administration through to business development as well as working with existing long-term clients and looking for future opportunities and new customers. **Your role and responsibilities will include**:
- Assisting in the day-to-day management of existing accounts within the UK and Europe as well as helping to identify new leads.
- Manage and develop both the supplier and customer database.
- Daily running of international shipments in and out of the UK and across Europe by road and sea.
- Completion of documents required for import/export process, including customs clearance and relevant regulatory documentation.
- Maintaining accurate reporting.
- Visiting clients and operational facilities.
**Experience, qualifications, and expectations**:
- Be proficient in at least one other language.
- Familiar using Microsoft packages and CRM systems.
- You must be willing to travel throughout Europe, if required.
- Driving licence
- Experience in customer service or sales.
**The package**:
Working hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm
Holidays: 28 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
