Using your commercial and leadership skills the Branch Manager will be taking the lead on the freight forwarding business within an established team. Maintaining and building existing relationships and finding opportunities for new business.

My Client is an innovative international 3PL Solutions provider specialising within Freight Forwarding services with a long standing history of activity from being founded in the UK to becoming a FTSE 250 business.
**Description**
The Ideal Branch Manager who will be reporting into the Regional Manager will have the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing International and Domestic freight movements - Multi Modal, Road, Air, Sea + Courier.
- Analyse business trends and ensure upwards trajectory including corrections
- Preparing budgets in collaboration with Internal and External teams within Finance/Commercial.
- Manage processes and increase efficiency to ensure service credibility
- Identify new business opportunities within existing portfolio of clients/customers
- Commute to Manchester
**Profile**
The Ideal Branch Manager will have the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum of 6 Years within logistics/freight forwarding industry + Management level experience
- Experience within Financial Management
- Great Time Management and Organisation to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of systems I.E. Cargo Wise, Microsoft Package
- Great Interpersonal skills and a solution orientated perspective
- Commutable to Manchester
