On Hire Limited, a market-leading, nationwide supplier of replacement vehicles and repair management solutions to victims of road traffic accidents.

We are recruiting for a Case Handler to deal with direct instructions from Winn Solicitors Ltd. Arranging the provision of credit hire, credit repair and credit recovery and storage services.

This position is from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week).

- Taking Instruction from clients to arrange a suitable booking in date for repairs and hire
- Arranging urgent recovery of vehicles of safe storage
- Managing a caseload and keep up to date on tasks by prioritising urgent instructions
- Review defendant evidence to provide rebuttal Reponses to support the recovery of credit hire charges
- Assessing the clients need for hire
- Liaise with body shops to agree standard rates and make repair arrangements

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Time Management and Organisation skills
- Experience of working towards deadlines and performance objectives
- Ability to work effectively within a team
