**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle venue invoices, verify accuracy, and forward to accounts for payment processing.
- Confidently use designated computer systems.
- Demonstrate excellent written communication skills for high-quality customer interactions.
- Highly Organised.
- Maintain meticulous records.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to streamline daily operations.
- Perform varied ad hoc tasks as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Administration background is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to manage a large workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work both within a team and independently.
- Innovative thinking to bring new ideas to the company.
- Driven and hardworking, capable of meeting strict deadlines and targets.
