**Hub Coordinator**
**Must be a driver and have own vehicle**
This role is working within the Refugee Resettlement team. You will be coordinating and developing the hubs model across South Gloucestershire to ensure guests experience seamless access to support.
The role is a first point of contact for Hub community enquiries, registration and administration, coordinating bookings and providing a welcoming experience.
**Key Responsibilities-**
- Provide co-ordination and direction in the management of the Hubs
- Oversee the preparation and development of the annual program calendars and ensure effective implementation.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hubs, respond and advise on crises and safeguarding issues.
- Ensure efficient resource management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholder groups and partners.
- Follow up on additional funding opportunities to enhance service delivery at the Hubs
Ideally you will have experience for a similar setting and Co-ordinating multiple services across multiple settings.

- Someone that is highly organised and able and willing to work flexibly and adapt to multiple audiences.
- You must have experience supporting refugees or other vulnerable people/families.
- An ability to communicate and engage effectively with individuals and families with diverse, specific, cultural and complex needs
- An understanding of the complex needs of Refugees who have experienced trauma
