Job Title: Modsafe Production Manager

Department/Location: Modsafe Production Area

Reports to: Modsafe Ops Manager

Staff Responsibilities: Modsafe Production Operative x 1 (More as business expands)

Hours of work: 7am - 5pm

Summary of Position: Supervise all aspects of receiving, storing & dispatching of goods as well as assembly/manufacture of projects that require it. Lead & motivate the team.

**Responsibility Frequency Specific activity**

Despatch of goods Momentarily Receive picking notes, drawings and accompanying directions / delivery requirements from the
Sales office. Study them and decide on most appropriate means of despatch, agree and organise any necessary special delivery and packaging requirements.
Organise and prioritise the picking, assembly, checking and packing of orders with various despatch deadlines in mind.
Produce delivery paperwork and carrier labels as goods are made ready for despatch.

Receive incoming deliveries Momentarily Check incoming deliveries against delivery paperwork and
PO, make provision for storage or immediate turnaround.

Process Goods in paperwork, follow up overdue / late / part delivered consignments.

Stock Control Daily Keep an eye on stock levels by reports and physical checks.
Liaise with Purchasing office regarding ordering and receiving of goods and services.

Production Daily Liaise with Office and plan production workload, ensure items and built in good time and

Organise materials for efficient workflow.

Warehouse Safety Momentarily Ensure operations are carried out safely. Train and advise team on safe practises, use of equipment & tools.
Keep the place tidy.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Pratical work: 1 year (preferred)
