Join us as a Production Leader at the state-of-the-art Rolls-Royce Bristol Turbine Facility. Taking charge of a dynamic team within defined manufacturing cell, you’ll optimise production performance and help us achieve Zero Harm and Zero Defects while delivering world-class products to our customers.**What you will be doing:*** Leading a culture of Zero Harm, ensuring safety, environmental, and wellbeing standards are met.* Driving quality and efficiency, working towards Zero Defects and compliance with engineering and safety standards.* Managing team performance and budgets, optimising productivity, headcount, and cost efficiency.* Ensure on-time delivery, using capacity planning and workflow management to meet customer commitments.* Developing and empower the team, fostering continuous improvement, lean leadership, and digital manufacturing adoption.**Position Requirements:*** You have a safety-first mindset, with knowledge of health and safety standards and product integrity.* With broad experience across disciplines, you’ll have a company-wide outlook and are comfortable dealing with different challenges, cultures and ways of working.* You can demonstrate a proven track record of improving operational performance and leading cross-functional teams.* You’ll have continuous improvement expertise, ideally with Lean/Six Sigma experience (Green Belt preferred).**What we offer::**Great salary and benefitsOn top of your salary and equivalent of 33 days’ holiday a year, you’ll get generous pension contributions (up to 12%), access to employee support assistance and employee discounts, free parking, and excellent on-site facilities.
