Our main areas of focus include diabetic eye screening, Targeted Lung Health Checks and Child Health Information Services (CHIS.)

InHealth Intelligence has over 800 staff that operate from over 20 offices, and hundreds of clinics located across the UK.

As an InHealth Intelligence Compliance Administrator you will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated and well organised to help the Group Head of Compliance maintain and improve the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System as well as the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

You will also be expected to travel to other InHealth Intelligence or InHealth Group locations occasionally.

**What you are responsible for**:

- Supporting the maintenance of the Management Systems and company processes to ensure adherence with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, ISO14001, GDPR and the Data Security Protection Toolkit.
- Supporting the Group Head of Compliance during external Audits with our accrediting bodies, including prepping documentation for the audits
- Helping track trends and identify root causes and help with the implementation of appropriate corrective actions.

**Main duties**:

- Ensure that all levels of compliance are met and adhere to stringent processes to ensure consistent results.
- Keep up to date and ensure that all legislation, guidelines, standards, policies and procedures are adhered to
- Ensure records are maintained and kept confidentially.

- In Microsoft Office
- Planning and diary management for a team
- Working in a confidential manner with sensitive information.

**Previous experience or an interest in any of the following would be an advantage**:

- ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems
- ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
- Internal Auditing
- Health Care data and systems
- Information Governance.
