VUS Limited are looking for someone to assist our Yard and Maintenance Supervisor monitoring security and looking after the general upkeep of the company premises.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Maintain good standards of organisation of the building and yard to ensure the premises are safe, tidy and waste is minimised including weeding and grass maintenance

General maintenance of office premises, monitor and replace lighting tubes, ensure kitchen and waste bins are emptied daily

Waste management - Monitor skips to ensure they are being filled correctly (daily), arrange exchanges when required

Monitor aggregate stock levels and yard materials daily

Undertake stock takes

Fuelling of all vehicles and plant and logging information

**Must hold a full UK driving licence**

To undertake such staff training and development, which may from time to time be required.

To work as part of a team representing the interests of the business.

To promote the business in a friendly and positive light at all times.

To work in accordance with Health and Safety and Hygiene regulations, and to report all accidents

To carry out any other such duties commensurate with the nature of the post and which may be required from time to time.

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
