We are looking for Finance Administrator to join our team at our Head office in Bedford.
You will be responsible for analysing and evaluating invoices, financial information, and legal documents, identifying errors, and negotiating settlements with landlords or their managing agents.
**Skills & Experience required**
- Strong administration skills
- Proficient in the use of all MS Office packages - Intermediate excel skills essential
- Highly Numerate - background in finance or accounting desirable
- Extremely well Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently when needed
- Comfortable adapting to new systems and procedures
**In return, we are offering a starting salary between £21,000 to £23,000 (pro-rata) per annum dependant on experience, 25 days holiday plus Bank/Public Holidays, annual performance-related bonus, life assurance, company pensions scheme, flexible working hours, free parking, and a host of exciting social events Plus, support in gaining further relevant qualifications to support your career development & goals.**
