**Your new role**:
You will be working closely with teachers and other members of staff to ensure the children are safe and getting the best out of their time in school. This learning support assistant role is to encourage learning and to support children within the classroomin the school environment. Working with small groups and 1-1
- Support class learning and behaviours
- Monitoring and supporting emotional regulation

**What you will need to succeed**:
This learning support assistant position will require you to have interest and passion in working in children education. Enthusiasm is a desirable factor to give an exciting and fun environment for the students. The learning support assistant role is expectedto use their initiative and get involved when needed.
