**Overview of responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Regulatory Officer to assist with ensuring the regulatory compliance of our products and operations, including:
Authoring and distributing safety data sheets for finished goods,

Preparing associated product labels as part of sales order processing, ensuring compliance with CLP and dangerous goods regulations,

Maintaining supplier raw material documentation and reviewing and recording regulatory compliance,

Conducting and reviewing COSHH risk assessments for raw materials and finished goods,

Assisting with customer queries relating to local, national and international regulations, such as REACH, TSCA, WEEE, RoHS, CMRT, Prop65 and VOCs,

Providing internal regulatory support to sales and technical colleagues when requested,

Maintaining the chemical database and actioning regular software updates as necessary,

Maintaining customer contact details for document distribution and regulatory updates,

Assisting with ensuring company compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental regulations as requested.

**Salary**: In the region of £25,000 per annum pro-rata - dependant on experience and hours.

**Personal attributes required**:
Strong organisational skills, good attention to detail and a methodical approach to working;
Ability to work in a standalone role with mínimal supervision and take ownership of their responsibilities;
Operational knowledge or experience of CLP and REACH regulations within the chemical industry;
Adhere to all ISO 9001, environmental and health and safety policies and procedures;
Provide cover for sickness and holiday absences for colleagues in other roles.

Full and comprehensive training will be provided.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
