Objective of the role: Responsible for supporting processing, maintaining, and servicing global Human Resources tasks. With your knowledge in people administration, you will support and handle all related processes in cooperation with local HR and Departments and relevant authorities to ensure high-quality employee services.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support our local HR Teams in all administrative tasks worldwide
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in day-to-day tasks
- Maintain and ensure correct data entries in HR systems
- Track the return of documents and process related follow-ups
- Support constant enhancements of People Administration & Support processes
Key Skills Required
- Study background in an HR-related field (Business, Psychology, Organizational Studies, etc.)
- Interest in HR
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written is a must
- Basic knowledge of either German, US or Australian HR functions
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes as well as strong problem-solving capabilities and detail orientation
- Open mindset and proactive attitude
General
- Maintain a positive problem-solving approach to business using appropriate conduct and a responsible and professional manner consistent with the standards expected by Unikrn and its clients at all times. This also includes maintaining a professional and business-like standard of dress and personal presentation.
