**Job duties**:
Job duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Booking transport and accommodation for national and international travel.
- Office management
- including cleaning and maintenance.
- General administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, photocopying, faxing, filing and dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Arranging domestic and international shipments.
- Management of the finance mailbox.
- Entering sales invoices and purchase invoices into an accounting system.
- Processing staff expenses
- Maintaining stationery supplies and IT equipment.
- Assisting with the renewal of organisation's insurance policies.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
- Greeting customers/visitors and answering telephone calls.
- Helping to establish and maintain office procedures.

- a genuine desire to support the CEO and the wider team and to assist the smooth running of the business.

- **Attention to detail**: there is requirement for admin tasks to be completed with accuracy to ensure efficiency.
- **Flexible**: willing and able to respond to changing circumstances and expectations readily, particularly as the business is fast paced and you will be wearing multiple hats in this role.

**Technically you will also need**:

- Experience of accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Xero) desirable but not essential.
- A minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience.

You will be paid a salary of £13 per hour. You will be entitled to free onsite parking as well as 28 days annual leave and pension contributions. Importantly, you will be part of a small and friendly team where you will have the ability to make a difference, your voice will be heard, and your contribution will be valued.

French speaking is desirable.
