Breakfast Assistant

**Shifts: 7am until 12pm three days per week Friday/Saturday/Sunday**

Ty’n Rhos Country House is set in the countryside between Caernarfon and Bangor, North Wales, it has 19 individually designed bedrooms and a fine dining restaurant for approximately 35-40 guests.

We are seeking a reliable, friendly mannered person for our breakfast assistant role. This role is offering much more to our customers than simply serving breakfast. Guests may be looking for advice on what to do for the day, how to get there etc.
- Ad hoc additional days maybe available during high season or when opening extra days for bank holidays or private bookings._
- **Rural location - own transport is essential.**_
- **This role is a permanent part-time position.**_

**Duties**:

- Opening up the property
- Oversee daily operations of the breakfast service
- Ensuring high levels of service at all times
- Maintain high cleaning levels and work organisation
- Ability to work early morning and reliable
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with chefs for ordering
- Handle customer enquiries and customer requests

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £9.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 18 per week
