**Sales Administrator**

Thought is a rapidly growing sustainable fashion business with even more ambitious plans for the future. We utilise natural fabrics like bamboo, hemp and organic cotton to create easy to wear styles.

We are now looking for a **Sales Administrator** to provide administrative support, including managing and processing incoming orders and ensuring clear communication with our B2B customers.

This is a vital role during our seasonal launches: you will learn the range to ensure the best support is given to our customers and work closely with the buying & merchandising team to ensure preparation is completed in good time.

You will also prepare any pre-launch information about the range and ensure this is distributed to our agents.

This will be an initial **6-month contract**, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right person.

**Key Duties**:

- Seasonal Launches:_
- Manage the showroom to ensure it is prepped and ready before Launch Events and sales/external appointments.
- Work closely with the buying & merchandising team to ensure preparation is completed in good time.
- Prepare any pre-launch information about the range and ensure this is distributed to our agents.
- Customer Support:_
- Maintain communication with our B2B customers and ensure clarity is the main focus, ensuring all communication is in line with our brand message and tone of voice.
- Have a sales focus when speaking to customers ensuring they are happy with their orders. Using your knowledge about our range to upsell when possible (i.e. if we don’t have a certain garment in stock, recommend another).
- Answer inbound calls and deliver a high level of customer service.
- Manage shared inboxes and ensure queries are dealt with to our SLA.
- Wholesale UK & INT Sales Support:_
- Manage incoming orders via UK and International agents efficiently and assist in entering orders and sending out updates to customers.
- Assist in managing system information, ensuring data is updated correctly.
- Manage incoming B2B registrations, distribute for approval to sales agents, new customer onboarding packs and inbox management.

**About You**:
We are looking for someone well organised, with strong attention to detail and a determination to ensure our wholesale customers have a true-to-brand experience. With a proactive attitude, you will excel in handling customer enquiries.

You should be:

- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office.
- Customer focussed with a can-do attitude.
- Impeccable organisational and time management skills.
- Have an interest in working in a small team in a varied role.
- Ambitious and would like to progress in the fashion industry.
