Sales Administrator

**£22,500 per annum + Bonus, Permanent, Monday to Friday**: Full time, GL12 Wickwar, Bonus, Holiday, Pension, Parking plus further benefits
A leading engineering who are a leading supplier to the automotive, aerospace and rail industries who are actively seeking a sales administrator to join their team. With employee's who are time served within their business, opportunities to join them are rare. being employee focused and offering stability and further rewards, hard work doesn't go un-noticed. Working with large commercial contracts and working within a team of 4 with the support of a department manager, duties will include:
Processing of orders and overseeing orders from inputting through to dispatch
Maintain the client database, sending promotions and mail shots to clients
Maintain pricing of stock on database
Processing shipping information
Dealing with general correspondence
Administrate customer warranty claims
Improving and updating administration procedures as required
Maintain and up hold company health and safety
The successful sales administrator will have a need to hold order processing or sales support experience ideally within engineering, manufacturing or a supplier based industry. Being confident using IT will be a need but full training will be provided on Sage 200. This would be an ideal role for someone who has worked as a sales administrator, Sales support administrator or administrator.
