We are looking for people involved in Rostering / WFM/T&A in any industry sector, with an interest in and aptitude for systems to transition to T&A/WFM software implementation consultancy roles in a market leading HCM software company. You must have experienceof working in an Rostering / WFM function, and be able to demonstrate your ability to transition to a systems focussed role.

Successful company offering a great company culture, good training and development and ongoing career opportunities. Based Cheadle, Cheshire. Hybrid home and office based with a few days a month travelling to client sites for meetings.

Salary depending on experience - in the range £35k to £45k pa plus £5k car allowance and with great benefits and bonus on top.

In this role you will:

- use your existing familiarity with T&A/WFM processes and procedures
- provide consultancy to clients, analyse and document their HR business processes
- create a design for the software implementation
- hands on configure the software to meet client needs
- test the software and oversee the user acceptance testing
- plan, manage and organise your work on multiple concurrent implementation projects
- work with many clients UK wide in varied industry sectors and small, medium or large organisations

You must have:

- experience of working in an Rostering / Scheduling / WFM role
- very strong communication skills, able to confidently communicate with clients at all levels
- good planning and organising skills, ideally some experience of managing projects to timelines
- aptitude for systems
- full UK driving license
- a location where you can travel to the Cheshire office 2 to 3 days a week, more if you prefer
- opportunity for working from home a couple of days a week on average
- willingness to travel UK wide a day or two a week if needed
