Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a role for an Administrator in Haringey.

This pay rate for this role is £12.60 per hour (PAYE) and has an initial 3-month contract.
**Main duties**:

- To provide and supervise a high quality administrative and reception service for patients and their carers who access the Trust services.
- To take responsibility for all aspects of the smooth running of the service area.
- To organise both clinical and non-clinical staff ensuring that all available resources are managed effectively.
- To manage problem situations as and when they arise, this includes technical, staffing issues, and service user and carer situations.
- To ensure there is adequate admin and clinical staff cover at all times so that patient care is never compromised.
- To supervise a high-quality reception service for all who access the Trust services, and to take responsibility for all aspects of the smooth running of the service(s).
- To line manage junior administrative support staff as required.
**Requirements of the Administrator**:

- Good knowledge and proficiency of Trust systems to include, RIO and e-Rostering.
- NVQ3 or equivalent or relevant practical experience
- Experience of manager at least one member of staff
- An enhanced DBS certificate dated within the last 12 months is essential
