BNR SUPPORTED LIVING LTD is a supported living and outreach provider in the Wirral, Merseyside. **We are now seeking Support Workers on full time and part time contracts and also zero Hour Bank Contracts for our outreach Service across the Wirral and Day centres. This will involve working either part time or full time at one of our days centres in Heswall, Pensby or Moreton. Or working on Outreach visitng our service users in their own homes, various contracts / hours available.** - We specialise in supporting vulnerable adults who have profound health or complex care needs. We are particularly specialist in the Autism field, and we provide a big focus on encouraging independence and choice. High-quality care is our number one priority, delivering tailored care at home and in our independent Living Houses.- At BNR Supported Living, we understand that everyone's needs differ, hence we offer person-centred support that enables each individual to live independently. We strive to provide compassionate staff, personalised care plans, and an imaginative approach to maximising quality-of-life.We provide the following services:Supported Living -Outreach Care -Positive Behaviour Specialists -Art Therapy And our soon to be open specialist facility, BNR Hub. - **THE BNR HUB** - Is Wirral's new exciting activity & resource centre, for adults with complex learning & disability and Autistic needs.So it really is an exciting time to join usAt the BNR Family, our biggest asset is "our people" and we want to provide a supportive, learning and progressional environment for all our staff. Below is a snippet of what you can expect, when you join the BNR Family. - Growth & Career opportunities Care Certification Continual learning & development Relaxed atmosphere Flexible or permanent working hours Safe work environment On-the-job training Casual work attire Fully funded NVQ Diplomas Full Enhanced DBS Opportunities for drivers and non-drivers **The role will involve carrying out a wide variety of tasks including**: - Ensure Service Users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing To support Service Users with all aspects of their day to day living, enabling them to enjoy the best possible quality of life Most of the employee's work will be alone with the Service User in their home Compassion, good communication skills and a calm and caring manner are essential for this important role Ensure Care Plans and other information about how to support Service Users are followed Be responsible for informing the Senior Carer of any changes in the needs of Service Users Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support Providing high quality care/support Ensuring living areas are kept clean and tidy Working in the community Completing indoor and outdoor activities Providing assistance within supported living settings Working with service users with autism and complex needs Waking nights and sleep shifts Working across multiple services as required Completing any paperwork as required Full training for those with no experience of working in the care industry. - We also have a variety of shift patterns available covering days, waking nights, and sleeps in our independent living Services. All our services are located near to easily accessible transport links, so this role is suitable if the use of public transport is required. - **We are however very interested in speaking to those with a full driving licence and vehicle.**-All required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is provided when working at any of our services.
