We are looking for a team of Support Workers to help provide care and support to a young individual in their own home.

Our client is a young man of school age who has Cerebral Palsy. The client requires assistance with all daily living tasks.

Do you have over 3 years’ professional experience and gained level 3 NVQ in health and social care.

FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

As a **Support Worker** you will be responsible for the daily support of this individual to assist them to have the best quality of life possible.

Working alongside the Therapists the Support Worker will assist in supporting positioning, feeding, communication, exercises and more similar activities.

When the family go on holiday the Support Worker will also support the person whilst on holiday to ensure they are well looked after and have the best time that they can.

Support Workers on this team do more than a job they change a life.

**If you enjoy swimming and doing fun activities this is the job for you.**

**Car owner/driver and a none smoker essential**
