**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen and restaurant, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations.
- Help with menu planning and food presentation to enhance guest experiences.
- Provide leadership support during busy service periods, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication among team members.
- Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures and hospitality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service delivery and guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is advantageous.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
