Our Operational Services Asset Management Team has a significant track record of successful project delivery across the Water, Infrastructure, Buildings and Real Estate sectors. Some of the projects we have worked on are:

- Asset Criticality - supporting improvements to a leading water company’s current criticality assessment process by refining methodology, definitions, tools and data requirements to develop a more efficient and effective approach to asset criticality
- Asset Condition Assessment - supporting one of the UK’s largest water companies with condition assessments of over 17,000 civil assets using data mining on existing survey data and identifying gaps in data to enable prioritisation of those assets, improving efficiency and creating a more structured approach to condition assessments

We support our clients to help them drive performance and realise financial and social value from their assets. We do this by working with clients in a collaborative environment to provide strategic, resilient, and innovative solutions to their performance issues. We work with their teams and stakeholders to unlock hidden data and provide insight into the performance of their asset base, helping them to work more effectively making, systems based, informed and timely decisions

**About You.**

A degree within a relevant field is desirable for mid-level and, for senior roles, ideally be an accredited member of an Institution or equivalent with significant practical experience and, you will have experience working within a regulated utility market, e.g. water, energy, infrastructure.
