c£75,000 - £85,000 + high bonus
National role - flexible base location
A fantastic, newly-created senior opportunity within a large recruitment business. In this national leadership role, you will head up an entire business division - focussed mainly on white collar construction recruitment. This is high profile position, whereyou will be managing managers across multiple locations. With financial investment behind you to take the business to even greater heights.
You will need to be an experienced recruitment professional. With a credible track record of permanent (or indeed freelance) white collar construction recruitment. You will possess the experience and gravitas to interact with senior client stakeholders; playingyour part in winning new pieces of big ticket business. As a member of the senior leadership team, you'll have a key voice in the strategic direction of the business. You'll enjoy a high degree of day to day freedom to run your UK-wide business tactically.
