**Marketing Manager**with previous commercial experience managing the day-to-day marketing activity of a business from analysing data and analytics to track campaign success rates, overseeing SEO / PPC and social media campaigns, brand management,PR and copywriting is required for a well-established company based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, North West England.

**SALARY**:£40,000 per annum

**LOCATION**:Hybrid (with visits to the Altrincham, Greater Manchester and Leeds, West Yorkshire when needed)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Marketing Managerwith previous commercial experience managing the day-to-day marketing activity of a business from analysing data and analytics to track campaign success rates, overseeing SEO / PPC and socialmedia campaigns, brand management, PR and copywriting.

Working as the Marketing Manager you will be a focal point for internal stakeholders and key liaison with external partners, to support the delivery of additional business Revenue and Profit in line with the Group Sales and Marketing Strategy.

As the Marketing Manager you will support Sales Team to achieve all agreed targets in line with the group budget and sales activity plans and promote the Company’s brand.

**DUTIES**

Your duties as the Marketing Manager include:

- Manage day-to-day marketing activity, supporting the Sales Team as appropriate
- Be the brand ambassador - ensuring total compliance with company’s and Group brand rules
- Analyse data and produce reports in a timely, accurate manner as agreed with the Group Commercial Director and Sales Director from time to time
- Ensure that data is captured to the Maximiser CRM and/or LinkedIn, track each campaigns effectiveness and provide feedback to support and develop further added value CRM activity
- Actively monitor and engage with all forms of Social Media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter etc) to support the business activity ensuring all the KPI’s are on target
- Oversee SEO / PPC / Pay Per Click activity
- Collate/source information from internal stakeholders in order to generate news-worthy PR stories and draft/write online copy for articles, blogs and social media and liaise with external agencies
- Support each division and the group in delivering general marketing campaigns, raising the profile of the company across a wide range of specialist and general media and online marketing communications
- Develop effective case studies/flyers/presentations/brochures in liaison with both internal and external stakeholders
- Organise attendance at Exhibitions / Conferences and to manage the creation of the company's stands etc

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Graduate calibre and/or Marketing qualification with experience in commercial world
- High degree of social media knowledge
- Experience of marketing in the Facility Services industry - ideal, but not pre-requisite
- Experience of marketing within service sectors or the knowledge of selling complex service solutions
- Intermediate computer skills and experience e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, CRM
- Commercial awareness, profit focused and capable of dealing with senior people internally and externally
- Resilient and persistent - able to establish a credible profile within the company. Able to work using own initiative easily
- Results driven, positive attitude, good work ethic, stickler for detail
- Able to develop solid relationships and work with operational colleagues to ensure clarity of expectations throughout the company
- Able to help identify market and customer trends and propose strategies to achieve success
- Development of account-based marketing to extend reach into existing key accounts
