**We need you We are looking for Qualified Bus/Coach Drivers to join us in Reading (RailAir)**

We are looking for great drivers with excellent customer service skills.

**If you join us as a qualified PCV driver with full CPC we will give you a £3,000 bonus**:

- £1K after 26 weeks driving ‘in service', £1K after 39 weeks driving ‘in service' and £1K after 52 weeks driving ‘in service'

**You will be earning £12.50 and your working hours will be between 37 and 45 hours per week**

**What will you be doing?**

Your mission as a coach driver is to go out on the open road. You'll work on your own initiative and take ownership of your coach on its travels, looking after passenger safety and providing a premium customer experience serving the largest airport.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and gets on well with people. You must be patient, a safe driver, reliable and calm under pressure. Happy to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends, you should also havea full UK driving license **with no more than 6 points.**
