**The Role**

We're looking for friendly, caring and confident people who are passionate about customer service to join our amazing team as bus drivers in and around Reading.

Already have a PCV licence? We’d love to have you on board.

Don’t already know how to drive a bus? Don’t worry, we’ll train you on everything you’ll need to become a great bus driver.

Our award-winning Academy will train you to help you get your PCV licence (if you don't already have a licence to drive a bus) and your professional development will continue throughout your employment. It really is similar to driving a car, just a bit biggerWe'll help you go from having never driven a bus to passing your test, so you can help people get around Reading with a smile.

**The Person**

The key skills and qualities of a Bus Driver, trainee or PCV - customer service’:

- A valid, clean, car driving licence
- A valid PCV driving licence, or join as trainee to get your PCV license
- Driver Qualification Card
- Previous experience in bus or coach driving preferred but not necessary as training can be given
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Outstanding customer service skills
