We have an exciting opportunity at our Grimsby LYOCELL Fibre continuous operation factory for an Electrical & Instrument Project Engineer.

**Purpose & Key responsibilities for this role**:
The role provides oversight and control of projects from design concept through, tendering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and ultimate handover to factory management. Responsible for providing Power and Control project managementand supervision on engineering projects required by the business.
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to prepare estimates and capital vouchers, review tenders and raise neccessary requesitions for projects
- Develop written specifications and designs for equipment and services required
- Create and communicate project plans to ensure delivery within required deadlines
- Management project costs to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Support the commissioning of new or modified equipment
- Prepare, manage and collate all relevant documentation
- Provide technical support to process and engineering teams as required, contributing to best practise between manufacturing sites
- Ensure that all project work is carried out with the highest SHE standards
- Proven Project Engineer.
- Degree or HNC level with relevant field experience.
- Structured, excellent planning, organisational, teamwork, problem resolution skills.
- Strong communicator, confident working alone or as part of a team.
- You will be able to demonstrate the highest standards with respect to safety, health and the environment.
- A thorough understanding of industrial manufacturing.
- Confident working with a range of IT systems including Microsoft, SAP and other engineering software.
