Lineage Logistics are the world's largest provider of temperature-controlled logistics.

We store, prepare, and move food-based products for a variety of customers from major retailers to schools, hospitals, and restaurants.

To support customer demand, we are currently seeking an Automation Process Controller in our Grimsby depot for the following shifts:

- 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights (2 days, followed by 2 nights 06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00)

**In this role you will**:

- Stock administration - data input and stock allocations
- Maintaining Booking Diary
- Signing up PODs and liaising with drivers
- All aspects of stock control and stock investigation within the business
- SAP/AS400 - stock control for customers
- Scanning of documentation
- Telephone queries
- Undertaking adhoc activities
- Handing out keys, pads and bagging up run sheets to Lineage drivers
- Automation control
- Yard control, including shunters, drivers, and outside hauliers

**Who we're looking for**:

- Good planning, organisational and prioritising skills
- A good knowledge of stock inventory systems
- Ability work to specific deadlines
- Good communication
- The ability to investigate systems' failures and issues
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent IT user - Excel, Word, Outlook
