Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a growing, international insurance business with offices near Redhill, who are recruiting a Credit Controller on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will be overseeing a portfolioof client accounts and managing the AR/Credit control process.

Proactively managing a portfolio of clients with the following duties:

- Performing daily and monthly account reconciliations
- Processing and reconciling outgoing payments
- Liaising with oversees partners to collect outstanding payments
- Assisting with month end closure - cash allocations, reconciliations, and receipting.
- Preparing, submitting, and maintaining bad debts
- Ensuring company procedures and processes are adhered too
- Liaising with the credit manager on any issues, as well as supporting with ad hoc duties

Essential experience:

- Strong communication skills, you will be liaising with multiple departments across the business.
- Ability to manage your own workload and work effectively in a fast-paced credit control team.
- Excel skills - VLOOOKUPS, Pivot tables, SUMIFS etc.
- 2 years minimum accounts receivable or credit control experience within insurance or B2B credit control
- Ability to commute to Redhill offices 3-4 days per week
