Office based - Permanent Role
Head office in Uxbridge
Base Salary: £25k - £30k**
We are currently recruiting for a brilliant local SME that is expanding and launching a new offering They are seeking someone to join their team in a dual role of bookkeeping/accounts, mixed with data analytics on Excel i.e. retail pricing, managing revenuemargins etc.
This offers a fabulous opportunity to join a growing business who is in the midst of launching a new B2C offering to work alongside their B2B business model. For this there is a requirement for pricing management and analytics to help grow and compete online,so this varied role and exciting role will currently split roughly at 3 days bookkeeping/accounts, with 2 days on analytics.
**Key duties will include**:
- Overseeing the creation of sales invoices/credits to customers
- Running Customer statements
- Speaking to clients and sending reminders to ensure timely payments
- Processing purchase invoices (PO's) and managing suppliers payments
- Checking & posting receipts to the accounting system
- Providing analytics on pricing and managing revenue margins
- Managing employee expenses
- Recording overhead expenses, bills & credit card transactions
- Reconciling statements, including bank reconciliations
- Reporting on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing management accounts, financial statements for the directors
**Ideally you will;**
- Have some experience of QuickBooks online (preferred but not a requirement)
- Be organised and have high attention to detail
- Have advanced Excel Skills (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Be of graduate level
- Use your own initiative to meet deadlines
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
