Receptionist/customer Service

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a part-time Receptionist/Customer Service Executive to join our team at Automax Lubricants. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and can manage follow-up tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for contacting customers to check in on their experience with our products, gathering feedback, and following up on payments. This position requires a friendly and proactive approach to customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Outreach**:
- Call customers to inquire about their experience with our products, ensuring they are satisfied and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding product usage, troubleshooting, and other inquiries.
**Payment Follow-Up**:
- Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments and assist them with the payment process.
- Work with the finance department to keep track of payment statuses and escalate any issues as necessary.
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and payment follow-ups.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed during your time in the office.
**Occasional Reception Duties**:
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls on the days you are in the office.
- Ensure that any messages or inquiries are passed on to the appropriate departments.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
**Skills**:
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to maintain consistent communication with customers
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
