Do you have experience working as a HR Advisor and looking for the next challenge?
We have an exciting opportunity for a two HR Advisors to help deliver our People Strategy, implement innovative new ways to working, and support our organisation.
We are currently recruiting for 2 positions available on a 12-month Fixed Term basis. Ideally, we are looking for a HR Advisor to be based in the North of England and the other to be in the South. For the position in the North you will cover sites in Leeds,Salford and Sheffield and the South position your sites will be Southampton and Bristol. The roles are regional, so regular travel to sites will be required.
You will work proactively with the operational teams to address a wide range of challenges, driving business performance and ensuring that people managers are equipped and able to lead performance in the new working environment. As HR Advisor, you will workwith HR Business Partners and the wider NHS SBS HR team to develop and deliver HR and Engagement projects across the business.
**What you'll be doing**:

- Developing and leading the implementation of diverse HR and Engagement Projects to enable the business and its people managers to implement and sustain new ways of working and making NHS SBS a Great Place To Work
- Analysing, interpreting, and presenting a wide variety of HR metrics to identify and understand key issues and concerns in the business
- Deliver management training programmes and support with employee induction
- Building credible and authentic relationships with managers to enable a detailed understanding of the operational challenges
- Provide advice to support people managers and management teams on complex HR issues and case work including disciplinary, grievance, absences, and performance cases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice guidance
- Managing and supporting consultation process of any re-organisation or restructuring within the business in line with UK Legislation
- Supporting the HR Business Partners with any delegated activities

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience of leading and delivering projects
- Experience working in a HR generalist role
- Good knowledge of Excel and have experience of data & analytics eg. manipulating data
- Highly motivated and resilient
- Commercial acumen and the understanding of how your role in HR impacts the wider organisation
- Demonstrable track record in complex case management
- Experience and confidence in communicating effectively at all levels and the ability to build strong working relationships
- Organised with ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
- A desire to learn, grow, and develop own skills and knowledge
- It would be great if you had:

- Working towards CIPD (or equivalent) or relevant degree
- Experience with TUPE and Restructures
