We are looking for a Head of Governance to lead and manage the trust’s governance arrangements.

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to oversee all aspects of governance effectiveness and compliance. Responsible for ensuring the federation’s governance adheres to good practices and meets all statutory and regulatory requirements.

As company secretary, the Head of Governance will support the efficient operations of the trust board and its committees, ensuring governance at all levels is carrying out its function.

You will have experience of building relationships with key stakeholders to gain engagement and create change. You will have a continuous improvement mindset to create and maintain efficient processes.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis where there is the option to do some work from home whilst attending the office and academies for meetings and team building.
