**Project Coordinator**
**Location**: Smethwick
**Salary**: £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded **Project Coordinator** to join a fast-paced and growing business within the construction sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, analysis and supporting sales teams to win projects.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and tracking construction opportunities, managing accurate CRM records, and providing pricing and administrative support. Your insights and attention to detail will ensure our business development and external sales teams have the tools they need to convert opportunities into long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track new opportunities using research tools such as Glenigan and LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate project and client data in the CRM, sharing information with internal teams.
- Prepare quotations, pricing schedules and tender documentation.
- Support bid/tender submissions and respond to client enquiries.
- Produce sales pipeline and performance reports with data-driven insights.
- Conduct competitor and market research to support pricing strategy.
- Champion CRM best practice and drive continuous process improvement.

Skills & Attributes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, confident with both internal teams and external clients.
- Strong numeracy and commercial awareness, with experience supporting pricing or quotations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP systems; knowledge of Glenigan or Barbour ABI desirable.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and producing reports.
- Proactive, curious and motivated to develop within the construction sector.
- Team player able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
