Health & Safety/hr Coordinator

**Job Duties as their Health and Safety/HR Coordinator**:
- Assist with HR - this can be disciplinary matters, setting up new starter equipment and ordering hardware.
- General Office Duties such as ordering office equipment and consumables, maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Assist the MD and senior management team on ad hoc projects.
- As Co-Ordinator oversee Health and Safety across multiple sites and evaluate health and safety needs of all departments.
- Investigate incidents, identify causes, and lead the implementation of prevention measures.
**To be successful in this role we would like to talk to**:
- If you have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and HR legislation
- If you have exceptional communication skills
- If you are experienced in creating risk assessments for various settings
- If you are looking to join a fantastic business with people at the heart of everything they do
- Qualifications - IOSH Managing Safely desired.
