**What you’ll do day to day**
- Being a representative of Group 1 Automotive to all customers at all times.
- Interacting consultatively and professionally with your colleagues in the wider business, to ensure that vehicles are prepped and ready ; and within the timeframes agreed.
- Delivering upon the expectations of the customer experience, as per the training and guidance given.
- Maintaining all records in a complete and accurate manner.

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships
- Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm
- A genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team’s success
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs
