The Data Analyst’s main role is to facilitate the delivery of survey and benchmarking analysis and reporting for continuous surveys as well as ad hoc projects/client requests. This involves using SQL, SSRS, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI to produce outputsincluding client-ready SSRS reports, presentations, and other analysis outputs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse data and generate reports in accordance with the Education Services business.
- Extract data using SQL databases and Excel files.
- Create reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI.
- Respond to queries and stakeholder requests with timely and practical solutions.
- Manage multiple lines of work whilst maintaining high levels of quality, in line with team standards.
- Handle data securely, in-line with company procedures and to ISO 9001 & 27001 certification standards.
- Agree work schedules and analysis specifications with stakeholders.
- Quality check outputs using SQL queries and/or Excel.
- Develop and manage appropriate data handling processes and protocols.
- Implement data analysis components of project plans.
- Maintain systems which support all data processes for the project.
- Advise colleagues on data collection strategies and processes as required.
- Interpret requirements and provide estimates for data analysis tasks.
- Contribute to ensuring that KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.

**The Person**

You should have demonstrable experience of MS Excel, as well as, knowledge of SQL Server. Experience of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques and of working with operational management systems is also essential.
